Now they don't work at all, I pulled the cluster fuse and it's fine. I looked at the electrical schematics and I couldn't figure out which relay I would need to check.

If you disconnect the lead from the coolant temp sensor in the engine and then use an Ohmmeter to measure the resistance between the sensor's connection point and earth on a hot engine it should read 30-50 Ohms.
