Or at the very least, make Contagion require an actual, manual Aim / Block, rather than having the auto-block be able to trigger it. Not 100% sure, but I don't think that -IPS would effect the Exodia Contagion Projectile's damage. Even if it did, due to the nature of the damage distribution of the projectile (1/3 Impact, 1/3 Puncture, 1/3 Slash) you won't be losing out on a whole lot of damage.
