I had my Micro 9 CTLG out 3-4 times, it has about 300-400 rounds through it now and so far it has run flawlessly. Only failures at the this point have been slide lock failure on last round.

Not to worry. If you wiggle the barrel kinda push it in and out while lining the slide up and push the slide stop pin out. It may take a bit of fanangaling but it will come apart. The guide rod won’t make contact with the slide stop pin. So it’s a matter of lining the slide up in the sweet spot to push the stop pin out.Position the hammer and push the pin in (big end goes to left toward safety.) Insert the safety pin/spring, then insert the safety matching up the bump on the shaft with the notch in the frame.
