The original post was about the low drops rates of exotics on lost sectors. This was my extended and overly detailed response.----- I watched so many of this post complaining about the lost sector exotic drop rate, that I tested it. First, I don't main warlock or hunter, the new exotic for the titan i got it early in the season.

The drop rate of exotic armor from lost sectors is relatively low. On average, you have a 20% chance of obtaining an exotic from running a legend lost sector. This means that for every 5 runs, you have a 67.23% chance of receiving at least 1 exotic, which increases to 89.26% for every 10 runs.However, the exotic drop rate from legend lost sectors is known to be around 25% (master only giving like 30-40 ish). Sometimes, it can take dozens of legend lost sector clears in order to get one drop (even 25% is not enough to give you one guaranteed after 4 clears). In any case, farming for one specific exotic armor piece is quite tricky.Legend Lost sector drop rate increased by a whopping 2% to 27% from 25%. Our clan has a spreadsheet and we have done 240 legend runs collectively. We have a drop rate of 27%. My personal sheet has 56 runs, I arrive at 28.5%, this gives me confidence in the 27% not being skewed by someone in clan doing non plat runs and skewing the data.Legendary Lost sector drop rate . Score, no. Well not exactly. If you don't kill all champions and get a "platinum" score you absolutely won't get an exotic. If you do get "platinum" it's a 25% or 33% drop rate for legend or master respectively. The actual number score doesn't matter though. If I were to take a wild guess I’d say drop rate is 1 in 5 to 1 in 10.2 every 10 completions of legendary is approaching the long-term average of 25%.
