It was in 1996 that our man from Meizhou built Meizhou Dongpo in Beijing, and it was in 2008 that it achieved international fame by catering the food for the Olympic Village. The chairman said that this event became a very proud part of their tradition. As my friend recommended, Meizhou Chili Chicken and Stir Fried Pork Kidney are so delicious.
